Love this place the food is always good and the mango margaritas go down real easy🍹

Tex-Mex is so hard to improve on, especially in a county that has a laughably ever-increasing number of Tex-Mex restaurants! The food here is typical to similar establishments. Management is friendly and they have tried to up their game over the years to better compete. Honestly, their best asset is the large outdoor deck, during good weather. Otherwise, pretty unmemorable.

Really good week day lunch buffet. Nice selection, very reasonably priced. I would love to try it again.

The food is almost as good as la cocina de mama in town but half the price and the outdoor patio is great in the warmer weather. Very friendly staff, fairly attentive to customers needs and strictly adhering to covid mandates. Highly recommend the ceviche and the salsa is fantastic.

The people who work there are so friendly and very considerate! The live music each Tuesday is great-wish it was played all year instead of just outside weather permitting in Summer and beginning of Fall!!

Dirty and the food was cold. Never got a refill and the restraunt was very warm. I won't return.

I dine in this lovely spot a lot! This is the best place to dine. I go to this spot at least once a month. The food is great, the team is helpful and the prices are reasonable. I enjoy being in this restaurant for a tasty supper.

The food was delicious! Kinda far out in the country, but worth the drive. Ample outdoor sitting, the staff was friendly and attentive.

Marimba has the best frozen margs I have ever had. Food is delicious. Nice family owns the restaurant. We have been coming here for years.

My favorite place! Lunch buffet is only $7.99 and has chicken or shrimp fajitas on it.

Can't speak for the food. So that's why the 3 stars. Margaritas were good, as were the chips and salsa. And I think the local following is pretty good so the food must be decent! No negatives at all.

HORRIBLE!! Just had the lunch buffet that was old, and cold. Unfortunately no one cared that we were disappointed with the food to the point of me asking more than once for some fresh food that never appeared. RUN!

Today was fabulous! The staff at Marimbas were so very gracious during a celebration for our high school graduates. We enjoyed a wonderful buffet, while being attended by great waiters and waitresses! Thank you for making it possible to celebrate the success of our kiddos!

Great Salsa, service, food and Margherita!

I guess I am picky being from Texas, but this food is just not fresh. I feel like I just ate someone’s leftovers for $40. Salsa very salty, ice tea taste old, soggy lettuce ... 😕.

The customer service is constantly speedy, fantastic atmosphere, helpful staff. I will eat here again when I arrive nearby.

Food is amazing! We go at least once a week and have their lunch buffet. The food is always fresh and the service is fantastic!

It's gone to the dogs. Lunch buffet cost me 12+$ for just me no drinks just buffet. I was so disappointed. Will not return.

The white cheese sauce is the answer to making anything taste good. Kids chicken nuggets are white meat and cheese quesadilla are amazing.Very clean and serve was good.Most of all you need to keep in mind it is a buffet so nothing special.

Great food and great music Tue on the deck

Just went here on a beautiful day, unfortunately, the patio wasn't open. Sat inside. The entire pace smelled like cigarettes, like someone was literally smoking indoors while we were there. We came in for a beer and a small appetizer. The food was pretty disappointing as you can see from the picture, but not unexpected since we didn't order an entree. Cheese quesadilla around $5. The part that bothered me most was the service though. Carmen was out hostess/server and she literally said maybe 3 words to us. Never even cracked a smile. Seemed like we were nothing more than a nuisance to her. We drove here from Middletown, thought we'd try something new....won't be back.

Seemed cleaned, food was like all other cookie cutter stereotypical Mexican restaurants. Not like you can keep them all out but I did witness a roach crawling on the wall behind the buffet. Waiter was told, guessing he didn't understand me, it wondered around the whole time I ate. Tea had no ice, finished my meal and left. Staff did seem pleasant.

Personally, I think their chimichanga is incredible. If you're reading this I hope you'll try it too. Honestly I don't see anything really wrong with the place except the restroom (but it's a public restaurant, what can you expect). Great food, pretty good atmosphere, no major flaws that hold it back.

Fantastic place to eat. Went for Sunday brunch and what a layout. They had so much food. It was great. The atmosphere was great also. You should try if you get the opportunity.
